Light in the Dark Winter Solstice Box (2026)
Light in the Dark Winter Solstice Box (2026)
The Light in the Dark box is back! We launched gather in late 2025 with the dream of creating a vibrant, supportive community around a shared love of yarn and stitching. Less than a year later, with so much enthusiasm, generosity, and creativity from this community at our backs, we are thrilled that our dream has come true.
And we keep getting inspired by new ideas, projects, and experiences we want to share with you. Chief among these are our seasonal equinox boxes, which we have loved curating and assembling, and sending to folks all over the country.
Round 2 of our Light in the Dark box is now available for preorder. This will once again be a meditative, centering 21-day knit-along experience (though of course you are welcome to progress at your preferred pace). Inspired by our gather-made friend Emily, we've chosen a mesmerizingly addicting project that will produce a handy item needed by all crafters. As you open each day's bag, you'll receive all the yarn, tools, and tips you need to complete the project.
As with all of our seasonal boxes, we will tuck in treats and treasures from businesses nearby and dear to our hearts.
Join us as we launch the second year of our gather community. Inventory is limited, so preorder now to make sure you don't miss out!
We're working with local yarn dyer Round Mountain Fibers (based in Brattleboro, VT). We love their unique lines of hand-dyed yarn inspired by nature. Chose your base, and we'll build you 21 days of cozy community and creation.
(Boxes will ship around Thanksgiving, in time for you to get started on December 1st.)
