Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our shop in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

We generally ship in-stock merchandise within 2–3 business days. Some products, including preorders, special orders, kits, and oversized items, may have different shipping or fulfillment timelines; when applicable, these details will be noted on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email when available.

Local pickup is also available at our shop at 57 Spring Street in Williamstown. Please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.
